CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Department of Education has awarded a contract to a Texas company to improve its food service operations at schools across the state.
Houston-based Cybersoft Technologies Inc. said Tuesday that its Primero software suite will be implemented on a centralized state database.
